It sometimes takes hours to do one page, but when you are finished, the pictures are beautiful enough to frame and make into art. I use color pencils and I use ink. You will enjoy if you are an adult, children will growed bored, I know, I tried it with my 10 yr old granddaughter, she started but quit.
